Good Gossip.........The tongue is a small thing, but what enormous damage it can do. A tiny spark can set a great forest on fire.

Sometimes I gossip. Has someone ever gossiped about you? How did you feel when you found out? James compares the damage a tongue can do with the damage of a raging fire. If you're careless with what you say, you can't take your words back. It's better to think before you speak. Ask God to change your heart so that instead of tearing people down, you can build people up with what you say.
